1. Digital Courses and Programs
Because all our courses and learning materials are digital and instantly accessible, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the course and our support team could not resolve it.

The course you received is completely different from what was advertised or purchased.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
If you’re enrolled in a subscription-based plan (for example, monthly or annual access to AI Skills Lab content):

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
3. Promotional Offers and Discounts
​Refunds are not available for purchases made through limited-time discounts, special promotions, or bundle deals, except where required by law.
